one of the largest IT vendors in the world, I guess I have a little
experience with customer service and IT Service level deliveries. I recently
ran into a PC issue which could not be resolved remotely via my companies
internal Sydney helpdesk. Due to time constraints of sending my notebook to
Sydney for resolution I decided to utilize the services of MattaSoft locally
in Melbourne with its website advertising expertise with my specific
software issue. I logged a call with Sahil at 10.07am describing the fault
and was advised an Engineer would be on-site at 1pm the same day. Sure
enough at 12.55pm Sahil met me at my home office and left at 14.08pm problem
fixed. Now in anyone’s language a 6 hour turn-around from call logging to
on-site resolution is 1st class. Sahil had a very professional demeanour
with great communication skills and even resolved an additional small
printer issue I’d been too busy to rectify myself at no extra charge on the
