If you’ve just purchased a new computer, our Techs. can help you get it up
and running.
We visit your place, unpack you computer and get it ready to use. We can
also transfer your data, install peripherals and applications so you’re left
set up and ready to go.
We will:
- Unpack and initialize your computer for the first time;
- Connect your computer to an existing wired/wireless network;
- Configure your email program to access your email account;
- If required, install MattaSoft Computer Repair's
productivity software CD (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Flash, Java etc);
- Install hardware or software (e.g. Standard printer,
Microsoft Office, Antivirus software);
- Transfer data from your old computer to your new computer.

Hardware Upgrade & Support Service
Have you got a new video card or device of some sort that you need help
installing?
Our Techs. will get it up and running for you! We will install full
range of PC compatible internal or external hardware devices including
memory, hard drives, graphics/video cards, TV tuner cards and DVD
drives.
We will:
- Install items of hardware on your computer such as an
internal hard drive or memory chip or external device such as a
printer, scanner or digital camera;
- Install relevant drivers and software to make these devices
work;
- Test your hardware to make sure it is working properly.

Software Upgrade &
Support Service
Have you tried installing an application or suite of software
yourself but run into trouble? No problem. We'll install software
applications/suites (e.g. Microsoft Office, Internet Security etc.)
and test them to make sure they are both working as they should be.
We will:
- If required, remove an older version of your software.
- Install software packages on your computer
- Test them to make sure they are working properly.
- If your software requires updates, we will download and
install these for you.
